5 year limited parts and labour. The entire Of the purchase price, $5000 is held in escrow to be released to Hutchison Motors after a period of one year. Both the customer and Hutchison Motors or its "agent" must be in agreement to access the escrow funds unless the warranty contract has been breached, and will be determined in a manner agreed upon and understood in the escrow agreement. In a worse case scenario, only the motor and controller may fail beond repair. Once it is determined that it is not the fault of the owner contradicting the manual and its instruction for safe and reasonable use, this money can be accessed to solve the issue. It is also there for any kind of manufacture, and or remanufacture defects. Sensors built into the unit detect the operation conditions and allow us to retrace the events that lead to the failier. The escrow agreements remain independent of Hutchison Motors, and are between us the dealers and the customer. If for some unforseen circumstance, the company is disbanded, or sold, we will personally guarantee and honor all agreements, contracts, and warranties.

We insist on customer satisfaction. In the event of a reasonable unforseen event by both parties, repairs will be made limited to the amount in the escrow fund. The full replacement cost of the motor and controller are covered.

The battery warranty will be carried between the customer and our supplier. Hutchison Motors will assist in any way posible to correct the situation, but will not carry any liability for the battery packs. There are load sensors that will disconnect the pack in the event of a battery threatening failier. We are negotiating the extent of this warranty right now, and will publish our conclusions when our contracts with the supplier have been signed. We are working closely with our battery supplier in accordance with the specifications they require to guarantee 160,000 kilometers minimum battery life span.

The rest of the car has a limited 5 year remanufacturers warranty. We are negotiating with Midas for a lifetime brake warranty. When these details are final, we will publish them.
